Our lab, in collaboration with the Internationalization Research Vertical at KMC, Manipal, was honored to host:

Prof. Paul Shaw (Washington State University, USA) and Prof. Bruno van Swinderen (Queensland Brain Institute, Australia). They shared insights from their pioneering work on Drosophila Sleep, neurological disorders, and the mechanisms of anesthesia.

Their engaging research talks sparked thought-provoking discussions among faculty and students alike. In addition, they led an interactive session where they offered valuable guidance to students interested in pursuing research careers in the USA and Australia.
